3p Consulting are a boutique professional service company, making the connection between policy, planning, and people. 

We were founded in 2005 and have since provided a range of services to government, not-for-profit, and business clients.

Anne Blanch - Consultant

(Cert IV TAA, Cert IV Bus Management)

Anne has more than 20 years experience in the health and community services sector. Her practice includes roles working in youth programs, women’s health, Aboriginal health and youth accommodation. Anne also worked as an alternative birth practitioner in Tasmania for nearly 20 years.

In recent years she has undertaken projects in health research and policy, conducted numerous service and program evaluations, delivered training and worked in human resource management within the sector. Anne’s extensive skills and experience, and her knowledge of the health and community services industry throughout the state are a welcome addition to the 3p team.
