3p Consulting are a boutique professional service company, making the connection between policy, planning, and people. 

We were founded in 2005 and have since provided a range of services to government, not-for-profit, and business clients.

Dr. Margaret Brechman-Toussauint 

BA (Hons) PhD (Clinical Psychology) MAPS: Registered Psychologist

Dr Margaret Brechman-Toussaint is a clinical psychologist with specialisation in the child and family area working to improve social, emotional and learning outcomes for children and adolescents.

She has particular expertise in integrated service models undertaking research, planning, operational development, management and implementation of Integrated Early Years Centres in Queensland and reviews of national and international integrated service models for pre-adolescent and adolescent service delivery. She also undertakes specialist research projects, reviews of evaluated programs and promising initiatives internationally and nationally and is widely published.

Margaret’s other field of speciality is neuroplasticity, and in 2010 she undertook a 9 week study tour travelling in the USA, Sweden, Canada, Germany and the UK to meet experts and visit organisations already applying neuroplasticity research to improve social, emotional and learning outcomes for children and adolescents. 

The Benevolent Society recently published the Shaping Brains Shaping Communities Research Snapshot, which outlines the findings of Margaret’s research.
