Our Experience

Children and Youth

We have a proven work history and a strong commitment to optimal health and well-being of young people and their families. We bring a thorough understanding of current activities, and government and non-government initiatives impacting on the sector and access to professionals with specialised expertise to our consultancies. We have completed consultancies across each of the major developmental milestones for children: with pre-school, school aged children, youth to early adulthood and have worked in the areas of youth justice, health and education and training.

Health

Our team has a thorough understanding and extensive experience of the health sector nationally and within Tasmania. We bring recognised accomplishments and expertise in the development and evaluation of integrated health service models, as well as an excellent understanding of the primary health context in Tasmania and current and emerging reforms. 3p Consulting also has experience in working with government departments and community sector organisations as well as extensive experience in conducting and facilitating evaluation methodologies including consultation with key stakeholders and excellent data analysis, report writing and communication skills.

Mental Health

We have an excellent understanding of mental health issues and their impact on individuals and the community. In particular we have an in depth knowledge of mental health services, the Tasmanian community services sector and expertise in consumer engagement and participation.

Disability Services

Our long term involvement with the disability sector in Tasmania means we are well positioned to understand the needs of people with a disability and the organisations responsible for providing services to them.

Education and Training

Our team have an excellent understanding of training and learning across all tiers of the education system. This includes all aspects of the post Year 10 learning environment including National VET system, training packages, adult literacy, TCE and tertiary level learning. This experience also includes training, administration and management, workforce development, knowledge of the current labour market and skills demand.

3p Consulting's business clients access a range of professional services covering industrial relations support and advice, human resources and management advice, conflict resolution and mediation, negotiation and development of workplace agreements, business planning, grant writing and tenders.

I.R., H.R. and Development

We are able to offer professional services for all your industrial relations, human resource management and employee relations matters. Our client base includes a large number of businesses who regularly access industrial relations advice.

Regional Development

3p Consulting has completed projects with a number of local councils and also works with regional organisations. This combination provides our local government clients with strategic advantage and perspective.
