Our specialist industrial relations services are managed by Senior Consultant Leon Jones and address the needs of contemporary business and services sector environments.

In addition to up to date general industrial relations advice we can:

• provide advice with the application and interpretation of awards, workplace agreements and industrial and related (anti discrimination, LSL, OH&S) legislation
• advise on all facets of the development and registration of enterprise agreements
• assist with conciliation, mediation and advocacy for dispute resolution, including representation at commission hearings and other personnel related tribunals such as the Anti-Discrimination Commission
• represent companies in negotiations and matters with trade union officials, solicitors, Ombudsman
• investigate workplace/employee issues and provide findings and advice based on procedural fairness and natural justice principles
