3p Consulting are a boutique professional service company, making the connection between policy, planning, and people. 

We were founded in 2005 and have since provided a range of services to government, not-for-profit, and business clients.

Michelle Strickland – Director

(BSW, GAICD)

Michelle has over 20 years management and operational experience, and has worked extensively in vocational education and training, employment and labour market services, human resources, rehabilitation services and housing.

Michelle’s consulting experience focuses on working with public and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of education, health and community services. Michelle specialises in research and policy advice, business and strategic planning, evaluation, change management and productivity improvement and project management. She is a Director of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Chair of the Tasmanian Digital Futures Advisory Committee, a board member of Theatre North and an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Michelle held senior leadership positions in the Australian Government, and worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector in NSW and Tasmania. Michelle has previously served as a Board Member of the NSW Rental Bond Board.
