The principal consultant of 3Pconsulting is John. Jhon is an HR consultant and psychologist with broad commercial experience in career development, career transition, outplacement, HR development, coaching, training and group facilitation roles.
Building on a background in management and staff training & development with General Electric, Jhon surveyed participants of career management and transition programs and prepared a thesis on this in the mid-nineties. The study examined what participants found to be helpful in their own transition.
Jhon then worked as a consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting, specialising in the provision of Career Management, Outplacement and Career Transition services. 3Pconsulting was formed as a business in 1996.
Jhon has coached numerous people through their career transition, and coached people at all levels in the development of their managerial, communication and other job-related skills.
He has provided career transition, outplacement, coaching, training and consulting services to senior executives, professional personnel, administrative staff, trades people & other employees.
Jhon has delivered services to organisations including Toyota, Monsanto, BHP, ExxonMobil, Telstra, Department of Human Services, Department of Education & Training, United Energy, ALH/Repco, CSIRO, Australia Post and numerous others. He has worked in all states of Australia and in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China.
